Exchange Policy 

There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability 

Shipping is free on the replacement item within UAE, but if you are based outside the UAE, in addition to shipping, you will need to pay the necessary taxes and duties applicable 

Items should be returned in their original packaging. Original packing boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged If the new item (replacement) costs more, we’ll charge you the difference in price. We’ll refund you the difference if the new item costs less 

Exchange of damaged items 

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers Should you receive an item that is in damaged/defective condition please contact us immediately 

If you would like to exchange a damaged item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be replaced Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear will not be accepted 

Mandatory Conditions to Exchange items 

An item may only be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items should be returned unused, and with all tags still attached 

Item cannot be exchanged for color variations, compared between actual product and as seen online. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on alzagel.ae, however, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that the display of any color will be completely accurate 

Refund Policy 

An item may only be refunded within 7 days from the date of delivery An item may only be refunded if damaged or incorrect 

Please note that refunds can take up to 15 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers 

Procedure to Exchange/Return 

Contact our customer service team via the contact us form to initiate the process 

Our courier will pick up the item from the doorstep of the same address where it was delivered within 2 to 3 working days
